Creation of a hostel in Amtoudi “Amtoudi Heritage Lodge”

  • This project aims to create an inn in Amtoudi, offering a peacful retreat for visitors wishing to explore the authentic landscapes and historical fortresses (igoudars) of the region.

    This establishment will combine modern comfort and traditional ambiance, promising tourists a unique and immersive experience.

  • Investment Charter (https://www.cri-invest.ma/ )
    Regional Development Company (RDC ) Subsidy : Subsidy of up to 30% of the investment (https://smit.gov.ma/ )

    Go Siyaha : Technical assistance or investment subsidy depending on the nature and specifications of the project (30 to 90% ) (https://marocpme.gov.ma/gosiyaha/ )
    NB : Subject to program eligibility conditions.

    Cap hospitality : Bank loans ranging from 3 million to 100 million MAD, with interest covered by the state (maximum maturity of 12 years and up to 2 years of deferred repayment ) for projects involving the acquisition of an existing tourist establishment.

    • Do not engage in a regulated tourism profession without obtaining the necessary authorizations.

    • Comply with the standards and legal regulations of regulated tourism professions (https://mtaess.gov.ma/fr/textes-juridiques-tourisme/ ).

    • Adhere to regional authorizations (CRUI ).
