Development of a luxury local Spa around cactus and clay “Earth & Cactus Wellness”

  • This project consists of developing a luxury local spa, centered on local natural resources, notably cactus and clay, to create a unique well-being experience.

    This spa will offer high-end treatments inspired by local traditions, using organic and authentic products from the region, guaranteeing total immersion in the benefits of the surrounding nature.

    Go Siyaha : Technical assistance or investment subsidy depending on the nature and specifications of the project (30 to 90% ) (https://marocpme.gov.ma/gosiyaha/ )
    NB : Subject to program eligibility conditions.

    • Do not engage in a regulated tourism profession without obtaining the necessary authorizations.

    • Comply with the standards and legal regulations of regulated tourism professions (https://mtaess.gov.ma/fr/textes-juridiques-tourisme/ ).

    • Adhere to regional authorizations (CRUI ).
